All Casa Nova's wines contain a quantity of sulfites far below the limits established by regulations of organic wines.

Currently the company produces three wines without sulfites: a Gutturnio (superior), a firm dry Bonarda and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Throughout the winemaking process from crushing to bottling, these wines do not use any particular type of SO2 (sulfur dioxide).


Production of our wines is prepared in every detail. The passion for our work and love for the Earth, led us to an organic production (from planting to bottling) that uses products with low environmental impact, and we also chose to use small amounts of sulfites.
